When you submit a mobile phone number on one of our forms, we use it to contact you about your inquiry, schedule or confirm a collection, provide customer support, send account updates and notifications, and — only if you have checked the SMS consent box — send occasional service information or offers by text message. We do not sell your mobile information to third parties. We share your mobile number only as necessary to provide the service you requested — for example, with our certified collectors or coordinators coordinating your collection, or with our SMS messaging provider to deliver the text messages you have opted in to receive. We do not share your mobile information or your SMS opt-in data (including your consent status and the phone number you provided) with third parties for marketing purposes.
04 SMS text messaging
If you provide a mobile phone number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Blackscreen Labs about your inquiry, customer support, account updates and notifications, and occasional service information or offers. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at info@blackscreenlab1.com.
05 Sensitive testing information
Drug screen and DNA test results are sensitive personal and, in some cases, protected health information. Chain-of-custody specimens are handled by our certified collectors and routed to accredited laboratories under sealed custody. Results are delivered securely to you, your designated Medical Review Officer (MRO), or your attorney as applicable. We do not publish, post, or share individual test results on this website or through any marketing channel.

We share your information only as necessary to provide the service you requested — for example, with our certified collectors, the accredited laboratory processing your specimens, your designated MRO, or your attorney when you have authorized it. Your mobile phone number, when provided, is shared only with our certified collectors or coordinators coordinating your collection and with our SMS messaging provider to deliver the text messages you have opted in to receive; we do not sell your mobile information and do not share it for marketing purposes with unaffiliated third parties. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or legitimate legal process, and in connection with legal, immigration, or family-services matters where chain-of-custody DNA results are intended to be used.

This website does not use advertising cookies to track you across other sites.
