01 Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using blackscreenlab1.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or submit an inquiry through it.
02 Our services
Blackscreen Labs provides mobile, on-site DOT-compliant 5-panel urine drug screening and legal or informational DNA collection services across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties in South Florida. Drug screen specimens are collected under DOT chain-of-custody rules and processed by an accredited laboratory; DNA specimens are collected by cheek swab and processed by an accredited laboratory. This website is a means to request information and schedule collections — it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or immigration advice.
03 Inquiries and quotes
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling request through this website does not create a binding contract or guarantee a specific price, date, or availability. Quotes are confirmed in writing by a coordinator, and a collection is scheduled only after both parties agree on the service, location, date, and fee. Distance-based DNA pricing is provided as a quote based on the collection ZIP code relative to our base ZIP 33319.
04 Accuracy of your information
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when submitting any form on this site, including your name, contact details, collection location, and the type of test needed. You confirm that you have the authority to request the service on behalf of any individuals to be tested where applicable.
05 Chain of custody and legal use
Legal and chain-of-custody DNA tests are collected and documented to support court, immigration, and family-services use. However, Blackscreen Labs does not guarantee any particular legal outcome, court decision, or agency determination. The admissibility or acceptance of any result is determined by the relevant court, agency, or authority. Informational DNA tests are for personal peace of mind and are not intended for legal or court use.
06 Laboratory processing and results
Specimens are processed by independent accredited laboratories. Collection fees and laboratory fees may be billed separately. Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as processing depends on the laboratory and the complexity of the test. Results are delivered securely to you or your authorized representative.
07 Payment and cancellation
Payment terms, including any deposits or collection fees, are confirmed at the time of scheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Fees for late cancellations, missed appointments, or additional travel outside the agreed radius may apply and will be disclosed before service is rendered.
08 SMS and email communications
If you provide a mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Blackscreen Labs about your inquiry, customer support, account updates and notifications, and occasional service information or offers. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us at info@blackscreenlab1.com. We may also email you regarding your inquiry or scheduled service. 09 Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Blackscreen Labs name, logo, text, graphics, and layout — is the property of Blackscreen Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our written permission.
